It has lots of water including a beautiful river and various streams.  It has very good land for planting/farming and native forest as well as some Eucalyptus already planted for construction.  End of the road privacy with easy access and is completely fenced.  It offers views of a distant lake, the city of Rocha and on clear days you can see the ocean. There multiple flat spots that work for developing living spaces and possibly making a few lakes. Very close to the electric post if you want to connect to the grid.

This land is located near our community in the Sierras of Rocha and is part of a protected area.  The community includes schools, a communal house and event center, concert space, as well as a Posada (small hotel) and a few family restaurants.  It is an international neighborhood that offers many communal activities such a weekly market, permaculture courses, many workshops and so much more.
